This is a liquid biopsy for early detection of liver cancer that detects conversion of patients with chronic hepatitis or healthy controls to early-stage liver cancer HCC. This is a next-generation sequencing assay that is fully optimized and clinically tested. Targets were clinically validated in studies in the International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b) and were published in Nature Communications.
