Genome-wide DNA methylation profiling identifies two novel genes in cervical neoplasia

HKG Epitherapeutics co-authored the scientific study aimed to identify DNA methylation markers along the continuum of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) to cervical cancer. This work is a successful collaboration between HKG Epitherapeutics and the laboratory of Prof. Eduardo Franco from Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Prof. Moshe Szyf from Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics in McGill university. The paper was recently published in prestigious  peer-reviewed medical journal of The International Journal of Cancer (IJC). Translational research of the identified genes to future clinical applications is warranted.

HKG Epitherapeutics is offering EpiCervix a next generation test for early detection of cervical cancer. The test is offered for routine pap smears as an additional check to prevent cervical cancer. Early detection of cervical cancer can save lives.
